On Monday, he was identified as 36-year-old JP Burchett.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The incident happened at the Opal Lane train track intersection, according to the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cityofkyle.com\/police\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Kyle Police Department<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The area is closed to traffic while officials investigate. Drivers are asked to avoid the area until further notice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please be safe and avoid walking near railroad tracks. Trains can sneak up on you quicker than your expect.
